HenryLe Design is very satisfied to notify our valued clients that we now accept online credit and debit card payments for all of our artworks. We receive payment cards executed by or carrying the logos of Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and JCB.

Online payment service can also be served thanks to our agreement with OnePay, a Leading Payment Processing Company in Vietnam (similar to PayPal). It is safe and secure, using the same system of operation by leading world banks such as ANZ, ICICI, and HSBC. Moreover, MasterCard has selected OnePay as the official e-payment service provider for Vietnamese enterprises. Through SSL/168 bit connections, all information is encoded under the Card Industry Data Security Standard.

Considering the payment process, OnePAY will get your credit/debit card information directly which is completely secure, even for HenryLe Design staff. Then, our team and OnePay will send you the invoice via your email. As the transaction is completed, an e-mail confirmation and e-mail notifying you of your payments will be sent. Please remember that you will have ten days to make the payments after receiving the e-mail; otherwise, we will cancel the links and issue a new invoice.

To pay for your invoice, you only need to provide the required card and personal information without registering as a consumer/user of OnePAY. For conducting online transactions, you will need to enter a password that works with Verified by Visa for Visa cards, and with MasterCard Secure Code for MasterCard. This password depends on your location and the issuer of your card, please contact the card issuer to receive it. 

When submitting your payment for any online purchases, avoid clicking the ‘pay’ button twice or using your browser’s ‘refresh’ or ‘back’ buttons. It is advisable to wait for the confirmation e-mail before trying to resubmit the payment, and then you can contact HenryLe Design if still have not received any transaction result message.

About the refunds, they will take up to forty-five days to process in case of order cancellation or duplicate payments. We will work with you and OnePay closely to make sure your card gets the proper refunds. 

According to our service policy, if you pay by credit card, HenryLe Design will count a 2% service charge to your entire invoice.
